My Story
Inspiring Growth and Reflection
Hi, I’m Fiona
With over 25 years of experience in family support, early intervention, and community development—including as a CEO, national trainer, mentor and school liasion—I understand the demands of community based work from every angle.
My approach is warm, grounded, and reflective. I believe in holding space for the real you—your challenges, your curiosity, your growth. Whether you’re just starting out, stepping into leadership or a seasoned professional, I’ll walk alongside you as you find clarity, confidence, and new ways forward.

Why engage in Supervision?
When you care deeply about others, it’s easy to forget your own needs.
Working in community services can be both rewarding and overwhelming. Whether you’re on the frontline or leading a team, it’s easy to feel stuck, unsure how to move forward with a case, or simply exhausted from giving so much of yourself. For leaders, holding space for others while managing the demands of the role can be especially challenging. Without the right support, the weight of helping others can lead to burnout, disconnection, and doubt — both in yourself and in your work.

You deserve a space to reflect, reset, and reconnect with why you started this work in the first place.
I work alongside leaders, practitioners, volunteers and students in the community services sector to feel supported and to continue building confidence. Professional supervision can support you to feel clearer, more grounded, and better equipped to navigate the joys and challenges of your role.

Symbols and Sandtray
Symbols and sandtrays can be a gentle, creative option in supervision. They help externalise what’s hard to put into words, engage the senses, and create space for clarity, insight, and new perspectives.
